On July 27th, Seneca Falls Police arrested Rachael R. Winfield, age 34, of Seneca Falls, for criminal possession of controlled substance in the 7 degree(4 Counts), criminal use of paraphernalia in the 2 degree, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the 2 degree following a traffic stop on SR 414 in the Town of Seneca Falls.
During the stop, it was discovered that Winfield’s driving privileges in NYS were suspended for failure to answer summons. Winfield was also found to be in possession of various controlled substances inside the vehicle.
Winfield was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash/$1,000 insurance bond. She is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date and time.
